Contacting Customer Service

We take pride in handling customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. The best way to communicate with us is to email us. We are also happy to take telephone calls, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm MST/MDT, at 1-800-418-0112. If you reach voicemail, please leave a message and a customer support representative will contact you.
 

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We take the best products and combine them with our custom packaging and branding, all elegantly presented to make a positive, lasting impression. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return it to us for a prompt, courteous replacement, exchange, or refund.

Regarding delivery performance, we work diligently to ensure that your orders arrive in a timely fashion. In the event of a service failure for any reason on the part of UPS, USPS or any of our designated carriers, Corporate Foods International will not be held responsible. We will, however, work directly with the carriers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If products are backordered or delayed due to production challenges, our customers will be notified via email and asked if they accept the delay, would like to make a product substitution, or if they prefer to cancel their order for a full refund.
